Rand Wagner is the Owner and Founder of Crushhouse LLC. Rand grew up in Phoenix, AZ and played baseball for Eric Kibler at the national powerhouse, Horizon Highschool. Horizon boasts a tradition with 18 Region Titles, 12 Final Four appearances, 10 State Finals appearances, and 7 State Championship Titles. Horizon has also been ranked a top ten program nationally 3 times including a #1 Rank in 2007. After his senior season, Rand was voted MVP and selected to the Arizona All-State Team. He was recruited to play NCAA Division 1 baseball by Danny Hall at Georgia Tech as well as by Jim Brock at Arizona State. Rand accepted a baseball scholarship and chose to continue his career at Biola University in Southern California. At Biola, Rand played under legendary coach, John Verhoeven and helped the Eagles win two GSAC Championships while also breaking Biola's all-time career homerun record (at that time). After Biola, Rand became licensed in Funeral Service and also continued in graduate school where he earned two Master's degrees. Rand is also the President and Founder of and the Owner and Managing Director of McComb & Wagner Family Funeral Home and Crematory. Rand has been a youth baseball coach for many years coaching with organizations such as Black Hills, New Level, Sandberg, Rijo Athletics, Conquer Baseball, and the Shelton Climbers. He resides in Shelton with his wife, Kaylee, and 4 children.



Coach Brendan (BWAGZ) has played baseball since he was very young and has been part of some very successful teams along the way. At 14, he played for New Level's top team as well as for the super select Team Northwest, Northwest Elite, and the PAC Northwest Regional Team traveling with those teams to play national level tourneys in California, Arizona, Colorado, an Nebraska. Bren also tried out for Team USA and ended up becoming a regional team alternate. In high school, Bren started all four years on varsity and made 1st Team All-Conference twice. After his senior season, he was voted team MVP, made 1st Team All-Conference, and 2nd Team All-Area. Bren was recruited to play D-1 Baseball as a Preferred Walk-On at the University of Washington but decided to attend Vanguard University in Southern California on a baseball scholarship. He is currently a redshirt freshman at Vanguard University studying Kinesiology.


Coach Wyatt (Whitey) is heading into his Senior season (2024) at Shelton High School. Wyatt has loved the game of baseball since he was very young and became committed to growing in skill and strength. He has played on some quality travel teams through the years as well as the super select national travel teams including Team Northwest and Northwest Elite. Wyatt was a USA Regional Team Alternate. As a Sophomore at SHS, Wyatt earned 1st Team All-Conference and 1st Team All-Area honors batting over .400. As a junior, Wyatt started at Short-Stop and led the team with a .439 batting average while also making the 1st Team 2A EVCO All-Conference Team.  Last summer, Wyatt travelled to the University of Texas (Longhorns) to participate in their Elite Prospect Showcase and the lead Assistant Coach said, "I look at players with my staff for 10 hours per day and I think that Wyatt could make our 42 man roster in a couple years." For now, Wyatt has signed to play college baseball at The Master's University in Santa Clarita, CA which is an NAIA top contender.
